Feeling stressed, busy, or finding it hard to switch off? Join my gentle guided relaxation group — a calm, welcoming space where you can unwind, reset, and let go of tension.
Using soothing hypnotherapy techniques, I’ll guide you into deep relaxation to help quiet your mind, ease stress, and leave you feeling refreshed and balanced. No experience needed — just come as you are and enjoy an hour of peace.
✨ When: Wednesdays from 10am - 11am
✨ Where: Portland Bowling Club, 3 South Hamilton Street, Kilmarnock KA1 2DN
✨ Cost: £10.00 per session
No need to book, just turn up and pay on the day. There’s a car park at the bowling club – enter by the gates on South Hamilton Street. On street parking is also available.
Please bring a Yoga mat (don’t worry if you don’t have one – I have plenty), a pillow or cushion and a blanket.
