Last weekend in Aberdeenshire, I assisted on our third retreat this year and I’m so thankful to call this gorgeous person my dear friend. She teaches, supports, encourages and allows me be to be authentic without judgment. We work so intuitively together and I’m very grateful to her for giving me the freedom to hold space for others too. Can’t wait for the next retreat to Spain in May! Would you like to join us at Molino Del Rey?🍋☀️🇪🇸

A glorious sunny Sound Saturday afternoon retreat warmed our bodies and especially our hearts today. So cosy as we basked in the sunbeams enjoying the company of new friends and familiar faces.
