As someone who has lived since the age of 25 with two illnesses; one autoimmune disorder and the other a mitochondrial that both have no cure, I have used complementary therapies to help me deal with a lot of the symptoms so I did not have to rely on too much medication as I don't like taking too much. After being made redundant in 2019 I knew this was the career path I now wanted to pursue. I have a huge interest in Chinese and Mayan therapies and their histories. I love how old these therapies are for instance the Mayans were using hot/cold therapy on their warriors 5000 years ago. The fact since time began people have worn jewellery, not for beauty but for healing and protection from the properties found in the stones. So please join me on this road of discovery and wellbeing.

They invented it as a form of medicine to help the soldiers fight the cold and flu due to its super health benefits given by the ingredients .
