Keep Ayrshire Moving Safely This Winter 🚶‍♀️👩‍🦯❄️🌡️

MSK Physiotherapy will be offering free walking stick and crutches checks this week!
Just like tyres, walking sticks can wear out i.e. worn out ferrules (tips) making walking less safe.

You can get a free check at the following locations:

We have gritted our main pathway entrance and the surrounding public path in front of the building but unfortunately it's a bit of a battle with the rain washing it away so please take extra care when coming into the practice today.
