🧠 Smart Recovery – A Different Approach to Recovery 🧠

Not everyone connects with the same type of support – and that’s okay.

SMART Recovery is a structured, science-based group that gives you tools to manage addiction using CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy).

It’s all about:
🧰 Building practical coping skills
💬 Understanding thoughts, triggers & urges
🗺️ Taking control of your own path

We meet every Wednesday at 2:30pm at the EACHA One Stop Shop, Kilmarnock.

No pressure, no labels – just real tools for real change.

You set the goals. We support the journey.

🪖 Veterans Support Group – You've served. Now it's your turn to be heard. 🪖

Civvy street can be rough. Folk don’t always get what you’ve seen, done or carried. That’s why this space exists.

The Veterans Support Group, run by Veterans 1st Point Ayrshire and Arran, meets every Wednesday at 10:30am at the EACHA One Stop Shop in Kilmarnock.

💬 Tell a few dits
☕ Grab a brew and some scoff
🤝 Catch up with other vets who actually get it

There’s no need to explain your story from scratch. No saluting, no red tape. Just real connection, banter, and honest chat from one vet to another.

Turn up. Speak your mind. Or just listen. You’re among your own.

🍻 Problems With Alcohol? Let’s talk about it – honestly. 🍻

We live in a country where drinking’s everywhere – but at what point does a few drinks turn into something heavier?

This group is for anyone asking those big questions:
❓ Why do we drink?
❓ What’s “safe” drinking?
❓ How does it affect our minds and bodies?
❓ When does it become a problem?
❓ What can we do to take care of ourselves or start the road to recovery?

We meet every Wednesday at 10am at the EACHA One Stop Shop, Kilmarnock.

It’s not a support group, and it’s not about labels – it’s about learning, sharing, and making sense of things together.

No pressure. No judgement. Just real talk.

We get it. That’s why EACHA exists.

This week we’ve got groups, support, spaces to breathe and folk who actually listen.

🛠️ Models Of Recovery – Rebuilding, one piece at a time 🛠️

This isn’t your usual recovery group.

We use Airix model kits to create calm, focus the mind, and build something more than just miniature planes and ships – we build self-belief.

Why it works:
🎯 It slows you down
🧠 Keeps you present
🤝 And gives you space to connect – without needing to talk if you’re not in the mood

📍 Tuesdays at 2:30pm at the EACHA One Stop Shop, Kilmarnock
🧩 No skills needed. Just come along and give it a go.

You’d be surprised what you can build from scratch – including yourself.

💬 EACH Man Matters – Because being a man doesn’t mean bottling it all up 💬

A lot of us were telt to “man up” when we were burst, broken or scunnered. That ends here.

EACH Man Matters is a weekly space for men who’ve had enough – enough of carrying it all alone, enough of feeling like they’re the only ones struggling.

🧠 Real talk
🤝 No judgement
☕ Or just sit in peace if it gets too heavy

📍 Tuesdays at 12:30pm at the EACHA One Stop Shop, Kilmarnock

You don’t need to be fixed. You just need to be heard. Or even just be there.

Message us to find out more – or just show up.

🌻 Growing Together – EACHA’a Gardening Group 🌻

This isn’t just about weeding and watering – it’s about belonging, showing up, and doing something that matters.

We meet every Tuesday at 10am at the EACHA One Stop Shop and then head out together to care for:
🪴 A wee patch in Howard Park
🏘️ Blue Triangle’s Supported Living at Titchfield Street
🌿 COGS community garden in Shortlees

It’s relaxed, peer-led, and open to anyone who wants to feel useful, connect with others, or just breathe a bit easier.

No experience needed – just a willingness to muck in and be part of something.

Fancy giving it a shot? Drop us a message or come along – all welcome 🌞
