🏞️ New Heights – Where Recovery Meets Adventure 🏞️

Ever thrown an axe and laughed till your belly hurt?

Climbed a wall and realised you were stronger than you thought?

Sat in a canoe and felt peace for the first time in ages?

That’s what New Heights is all about.

It’s our outdoor activity charity, run with the legends at Above Adventure, and it meets every Monday morning at the EACHA One Stop Shop in Kilmarnock.

We do things like:
🧗 Rock climbing
🛶 Canoeing
🪓 Axe throwing
🚶 Nature walks & team challenges

It’s not about being sporty – it’s about trying something new, feeling alive, and remembering what you’re capable of.

Come as you are – leave with a story.
