I’m very much looking forward to joining with Susan Staddon and Samantha Anderson to celebrate International Yoga Day on Friday 21 June at the Howard Centre, Kilmarnock. Hope you can join us. 🙏🏻

International Yoga Day Workshop 🧘🏻‍♀️💛

To celebrate International Yoga Day on Friday 21st June this year I will be joining up with Susan Staddon and Paul Symington 🎉

We will take you through a mixture of different yoga styles, pranayama (breathing) and a gentle relaxation ✨

There will be snacks provided and plenty of time to chat 🤣

This event is completely FREE we only ask for donations which are going to charity 🙏🏻

It will be held at The Howard Centre, Portland Road, Kilmarnock from 7-9pm and Everyone is welcome 💛
