ill probably decide to loose the other stone and get into a new digit, but for now I'm ecstatic with how I feel. My weight gain started in Lockdown with boredom, comfort eating, over indulging and my freedom taken form me to visit my friends and family. It was ok for the first while but heading into Christmas 2020 I felt so low, I was the biggest I had ever been, my clothes were so tight and that was me already gone up a few clothes sizes, I felt frumpy and quite honestly miserable and uncomfortable in my own body. I decided enough was enough, so took the plunge to start The 1:1 Diet. My consultant was fabulous, understanding, Helpful and Positive. so I set a date with my Consultant to start the plan. We agreed on a step to start from so I could prepare myself for my New weight loss Journey. We made contact via Wats app video call or via Messenger a minimum of once a week, I would weigh myself, take a picture of scale and send to my consultant. It then came to me, that their must be many others feeling that way I felt before I started my 1:1 diet Journey. The rest his history, I'm now an accredited 1:1 Cambridge Diet weight Loss Consultant. It’s a new way for me to be able help others on their Weight Loss Journey and in turn will keep me focused on My Weight loss too.
