It pains us to have to post this, however late cancellations and no-shows for appointments have risen again.
Whilst we appreciate that people get sick and life happens we still have to pay the team member who was scheduled to treat you.
A reminded that our long standing cancellation policy is that if cancellations take place less than 48 hours before your appointment then 100% of your appointment is chargeable.
This also applies to reschedules within the 48 hour window as we are unlikely to fill the space as such short notice.
