Marathon and Triathalons

There's still a few events left in the diary for this year in Scotland, namely Baxters Loch Ness Marathon on the 28th of September, the Altra Kielder Marathon October 4th, and Run Scotland Rannoch Marathon on 11th October; and of course the ROC Scotland Triathalon on the 4th of October in Fort William.

If you are participating in any of these events then we have got the pre and post event massages for you! Get your blood flowing and full of oxygen ready for your event - or get a nice invigorating massage for after to help get the lactic acid shifted and the muscles nice and relaxed again.

I reallllllllllllllllllllllllly do not like having to do posts like this, but unfortunately since my return last Friday we have had 8 cancellations and 4 rescheduled appointments, last minute.
Due to this, we are reposting our cancellation policy. (See pic).
Key point to note - appointments can be cancelled or changed upto 72 hours prior to your appointment.
