I've recently completed a course on Manual Lymphatic Drainage that I can now offer to clients.

This can benefit individuals who seem to suffer regularly from common illnesses like colds and flu. It is also useful for sufferers of ME, migraines, sinus problems, hay fever and other allergies.

It can help reduce puffiness or swelling in areas such as legs, ankles and puffy eyes especially after a long-haul flight.

Lymphatic drainage treatment boosts the immune system as well to help the body ward off illnesses and can facilitate feelings of health and vitality, reducing puffiness caused by water retention or poor circulation.

If you suffer from any if these get in touch and I can book you in for a treatment.

Full consultations will be carried out prior to treatment to ensure your suitability for MLD.
