New online class: Move and Meditate
From this Wednesday, our midweek class is moving online
This will be a gentle, calming class designed to help you slow down, release tension and reconnect with yourself from the comfort of your own home.
We’ll blend mindful movement, restorative yoga, breathwork and meditation, giving you space to soften, settle and ease into the rest of your week.
This class is perfect if you’re feeling tired, busy, overwhelmed, stiff, or simply in need of a little midweek reset.
Wednesdays online
6.30pm to 7.30pm
You don’t need lots of space or fancy equipment. Just a mat, a blanket, a cushion or pillow, and somewhere you can get comfortable.
