A lovely message from a coaching client who came in for a Reiki session today.

When we have stuff going on it our lifeโ€™s, we donโ€™t get the full rested sleep that we need for our body and mind to rest and our cells to regenerate. A Reiki session allows that deep relaxation you would get in a deep sleep. ๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™‚๏ธ

My latest course completed! ๐Ÿฅณ

Over my last few years training in various modalities to do with the subconscious mind and Reiki. I became more aware of the connection between the the mind and the body and realised how important body work also is!

I am excited to be incorporating this new part of my journey into my life and business. As Iโ€™m buzzing with the personal results Iโ€™ve had! ๐Ÿ™

I am now looking for case studies and practice. Couple of pictures below on what KCR can help with but literally everyone would benefit from it! Itโ€™s sooo good!
