My Story
I am a Seasonal Yoga and Pilates teacher and a Weleda Wellbeing Advisor, based in Kilmarnock. Iβm passionate about helping people improve their physical and mental wellbeing with the help of yoga, Pilates and holistic healthcare, having experienced the benefits myself.
Pilates is a system of exercises designed to improve posture, flexibility, core strength, coordination and balance. Classes are taught in small groups so you receive individual attention, supporting you to work at the right level for you, whether that is working gently to rehabilitate your body or working harder to increase strength and flexibility.
Yoga helps you to find balance both physically & mentally, to feel calm and rejuvenated. Classes offer a flowing practice that improves physical strength and flexibility, and brings harmony to your life.
By working with the seasons, eating seasonally and changing the energy of our practice as the seasons change we can re-balance and re-energise the body, connect more deeply with nature and feel fantastic! Align with the 5 seasons defined by traditional Chinese medicine (Spring, Summer, Late Summer, Autumn & Winter) to enhance your health and wellbeing.
