They align with the 5 seasons defined by traditional Chinese medicine (Spring, Summer, Late Summer, Autumn & Winter) to enhance your health and wellbeing. As it's a gentle practice, it's ideal if you're new to yoga, not so flexible, dealing with a chronic condition or recovering from illness or injury.
