At Baby Sensory, we know that caring for a baby is joyful… but it can also be exhausting, overwhelming and lonely at times. This season is about being kind to yourself.
✨ Gentle tips for new parents this January ✨
• Get outside for a short walk – even 10 minutes of daylight helps
• Lower the bar – the house, the laundry, the to-do list can wait
• Rest when you can (not when you’re told to!)
• Accept help – you don’t have to do it all
• Connect – baby classes aren’t just for babies, they’re for you too
Our classes are a warm, welcoming space to connect, sing, play and breathe, with other parents who truly get it 💕
