As parents of very young children ourselves, we can’t sit back and do nothing while children in Gaza are starving, displaced, and living in constant fear.

We’re hosting this event not just to raise money — but to raise awareness.
This is about standing in solidarity with families who are suffering and using our space to say:

The war in Gaza must end. The killing of children must stop.

Since October 2023, tens of thousands have been killed — including children.
Families have lost everything. Homes, schools, hospitals — all destroyed.
People are trapped without clean water, food, medicine, or safety.

It’s heartbreaking, and it’s unacceptable.

On Monday 4th August, we’re opening our doors for a special charity evening, where 100% of our sales — every meal, every drink — will go toward helping the people of Gaza.

We’ll be donating all proceeds to Save the Children’s Gaza Emergency Fund — a group helping provide urgent food, shelter, and care for displaced families and traumatised children.

Please join us in support and solidarity with the children of Gaza. No child deserves to go hungry. No child deserves to live in fear. Help us make a stand by sharing this post to raise awareness.

We do warm up gently and relax deeply in Shavansana however, I’m sure my Yogis will agree we do not relax for the whole hour! 😀 We build strength, flexibility and get the heart rate up before coming back down again ❤️ The benefits of spending that hour at Yoga class for body and mind are wonderful! Suitable for all including beginners 🧘‍♀️ xx

This time last week was a real Family Fun Day in Irvine at Redburn Community Centre. Thank you to Cairn Housing Association for having me along again providing Massages for the adults whilst the children were entertained by the fab Uncle Billy and co! Was a busy day and met lots of nice people 💜🙌👍 A great day had by all! Xx
