Having practised Yoga & experienced the benefits of holistic therapies for 30+ years, I eventually left the corporate world and became involved in the wellbeing industry in 2014. Drawing on my varied experience working with people in the community, health and safety, criminal justice, prison, sales, media, older people, the NHS, charity work, entertainment and music, I aim to provide a relaxing, friendly and safe space for clients to unwind, rebalance, rejuvenate, recharge, find ease, have time out & obtain pain relief whether mentally, physically or both. I also love working with my clients on an energetic level. I offer group and one to one sessions throughout the community. Privately for clients & workplaces and also offer free well-being sessions through funding obtained by our community interest company Respite Now CIC, who work mainly in the third sector for clients with disabilities & their families. Holistica is based in Kilmarnock and works throughout Ayrshire/Scotland. I currently have Weekly Yoga classes at Ochiltree Community Hub (Thursdays at 10am). I also run Monthly Yoga, Meditation and Sound Bath Workshops in both Kilmarnock, Ochiltree, KIlmaurs and throughout Ayrshire (daytime and evenings). Our free events/workshops are advertised (when available) and are accessible for all. One to One Therapies are available in Kilmarnock on certain days and times (this varies). Holistica also offers packages & therapies on location at your holiday home, private let, home or workplace. Hen weekends and family gatherings enjoy our services! I also regularly work with businesses, corporate clients and third sector/charities offering various services to their clients and staff.
