Having practised Yoga & experienced the benefits of holistic therapies for 30+ years, I eventually left the corporate world and became involved in the wellbeing industry in 2014. Drawing on my varied experience working with people in the community, health and safety, criminal justice, prison, sales, media, older people, the NHS, charity work, entertainment and music, I aim to provide a relaxing, friendly and safe space for clients to unwind, rebalance, rejuvenate, recharge, find ease, have time out & obtain pain relief whether mentally, physically or both. I also love working with my clients on an energetic level. I offer group and one to one sessions throughout the community. Privately for clients & workplaces and also offer free well-being sessions through funding obtained by our community interest company Respite Now CIC, who work mainly in the third sector for clients with disabilities & their families. Holistica is based in Kilmarnock and works throughout Ayrshire/Scotland. I currently have Weekly Yoga classes at Ochiltree Community Hub (Thursdays at 10am). I also run Monthly Yoga, Meditation and Sound Bath Workshops in both Kilmarnock, Ochiltree, KIlmaurs and throughout Ayrshire (daytime and evenings). Our free events/workshops are advertised (when available) and are accessible for all. One to One Therapies are available in Kilmarnock on certain days and times (this varies). Holistica also offers packages & therapies on location at your holiday home, private let, home or workplace. Hen weekends and family gatherings enjoy our services! I also regularly work with businesses, corporate clients and third sector/charities offering various services to their clients and staff. Our New Monday Morning Yoga Class is starting next week at Ochiltree Community Hub, Ayrshire!

Perfect for residents of Ochiltree, Cumnock, Auchinleck, Mauchline, Coylton, Drongan, Galston and surrounding areas!

10am on Monday mornings commencing 19th January 2026.

Our Thursday classes have been running for years and it's now time to start the week the same way you end it, balanced and relaxed!! Open to students of all levels! You can now practice twice a week, or if you have been wanting to attend class but can't make Thursdays, then perhaps you can attend on Mondays!?

Hi all! I'm sure I've contacted everyone now but just in case, it's just to let you know our return to Yoga class is sadly postponed until next week (Thursday 15th January) as I'm attending a dear friends funeral this Thursday 💔

2025 may have been a wonderful, happy and successful year for some, whilst to others it may have brought sadness and grief. It may have been a mixture of both happy and sad times throughout the year.. Over recent months, I personally have been reminded of how fragile and precious life is and how compassion for self and others is so important.

Yoga certainly helps me to navigate life and it teaches us that even in darkness, light always remains. Sometimes quiet, sometimes subtle but always there. I believe that energy never dies and our loved ones are always around and connected to us. ⚡️

Whatever life holds in store for us all this year, let's be grateful for all the good times, the memories made or held, the family and friendships and moments shared. Let's treasure the light, support one another and meet whatever arises with compassion, breath and steadiness.

I hope that 2026 will be kind to us all and is filled with an abundance of light! ⚡️✨🌟💫⭐️
