❤️ MEET THE TEAM TUESDAY ❤️

Meet Marie! Marie originally joined our reception team. Since then she has changed roles and is now our Finance Co-ordinator, although, you will still see her helping at the reception desk when it is busy.

She keeps everyone right with all finance related matters and gives us belly laughs every day with her sense of humor and pranks!

Outside of work Marie, enjoys spending time with her family, including her lovely daughters and grand children who she is very proud of.

Volunteers needed folks if any are available. This is a great event where you can take family to learn more about farming with lots of activities going on.

Shes looking for volunteers for Dundonald show on 25th April this year. She needs parking attendants, stewards to give information to questions and 2 ladies to help give Tea, coffee & cakes to sponsors and judges. Just a few hours of your time to help make this a lovely day. No need to volunteer all day.

It’s a family day out, free admission, helping to bring the towns and countryside together .

❤️ MEET THE TEAM TUESDAY ❤️

Nicky is one of our Clinical Directors and Veterinary Surgeons. She graduated from the University of Glasgow in 2007 and began her career with an internship at the Royal Veterinary College Hospital. She then joined an equine practice in the South of England and completed a Certificate in Advanced Veterinary Practice (Equine Medicine).

Nicky later completed a PhD in Equine Gastroenterology. During this period she also welcomed 3 children in the space of 5 years, before joining our team in 2021. We think she is super women!

She enjoys all aspects of equine practice and has an interest in evidence based medicine. Nicky organises the monthly clinical meetings where the team come together to discuss current approaches and research so they can continue to provide the very best care for our patients.

Outside of work Nicky has a warm blood called Ziggy and enjoys teaching her children to ride on their pony, Buttons. When not at work or the yard she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family.

❤️ MEET THE TEAM TUESDAY ❤️

Natalie is one of our dedicated equine veterinary surgeons. She graduated from the University of Glasgow in 2014 and joined the team that year. She has since completed an advanced veterinary certificate in Equine Practice and, although enjoying all aspects of equine practice, she has developed a keen interest in orthopaedics, including lameness diagnostics and treatment.

Outside of work Natalie enjoys riding her two horses, Rio and Louie, and competing when she can. She also enjoys spending time outdoors walking her Hungarian Vizsla, Cosmo who we all love.

We may be biased but we think Natalie is a fantastic vet and we are very lucky to have her.
