About us...

Hello, our names are Gayle and Alison. We are both integrative Cognitive Behavioural Therapists and graduated from the Centre of Therapy in Glasgow completing our COSCA Counselling Skills Certificate and then going on to complete the SCOTCAS Diploma in Counselling and Group work. Life can be difficult and sometimes we need to reach out for a little help and support. Taking this first step is a brave decision to make but by seeking help and speaking to a qualified therapist you will gain a better understanding of where your problems originate and how this is affecting your everyday life. You are perhaps feeling lost, stuck and unsure of how to make the changes, we can help with this. We are fully committed to offering a safe and fully confidential environment where we can work together and allow you to make the changes that you desire to lead you back to where you want to be. We can offer appointments during the day or evenings and based both in Ayrshire and the centre of Glasgow.
