The West of Scotland Skating Academy’s innovative and scientific program develops the complete athlete, not only physically, but also mentally and emotionally. Our mission is to maximize our athletes' abilities to reach their full potential in a challenging and inspirational environment. WHAT WE HAVE TO OFFER:
ATHLETE DEVELOPMENT:
• 1-2-1 Private lessons
• Small On-Ice Group Lessons
• Singles, Pairs and Ice Dance qualified Coaching
• Technical Specialist Program Analysis
• Harness Lesson’s available
• Off-ice Group structure – Weekly Flexibility, Dance, Strength and Conditioning and Jump Technique Classes.
• Private off-ice tuition available for Ballet, Choreography, Jump Technique, Strength and Conditioning and Flexibility. ATHLETE CARE:
• WSSA Physiotherapist assessments
• Sports Massage
• Sports Strapping
• Fitness Testing
• Nutrition

Classes involve apparatus and exercises to develop your health and fitness at a faster rate focusing on Strength, Agility, Conditioning and Plyometric techniques. Combined, making you the all-round competitive athlete. Classes are designed for all ages and ability and are available to anyone who is truly interested in learning to be the best. I see within every athlete the possibility of being a true champion. Push your talent to the unknown and not only become HARD, you'll be HARD TO BEAT.

We want to congratulate all of our skaters over this weekend. There has been some fantastic performances, podium places, new levels, new PB’s and so many positives to take.

National 5 Ladies- Rebecca Fullarton
National 2 Men- Kade Carlin

- Kade Carlin- 2nd in National 2 🥈
- Cameron Norrington- 1st in SP 🥇& FP 🥇in National 8 Men
