On Tuesday 28th October, we are hosting our first ever Conversation Cafe at Ucan. This will be an opportunity for families and carers to meet other people whose family members attend Ucan; a chance to share stories, and explore how you can support one another. It will also be a chance for you to feedback your thoughts on how Ucan is currently working for you and your family.

The Conversation Cafe is open to all parents and carers. Please feel free to turn up on the night, but if you could let us know in advance if you can make it, this will help us to plan our numbers. You can let us know by phone, text, email or Facebook message.

Coffee, tea and cakes will (of course) be provided on the night!🧁

The weather has taken a dip and we’re well on our way to winter!🍁🍂🧣

We are asking for donations of all of the listed items to donate to Ayrshire East Foodbank at the end of October. Donations can be handed in to Ucan’s front office from today, so clear out that cupboard that you’ve been meaning to get round to, or pop a few extra tins in your trolley this week if you can. Any and all donations are much appreciated. 🧡

A HUGE well done to Ucan Run Club today! 🏃‍♀️✨

This new group are off to a flying start (literally!) and smashed out a brilliant 3km today! This is the furthest the group have run yet and they should be so proud of themselves! Roll on the 5k!! ✨🤩👏

Our lovely Sophie has been off for a wee while, but she is on the mend and we hope to see her back at Ucan soon! 🤞🏽💕

So she doesn’t forget about us, we sent her along a wee card signed by all her friends, and some sweeties for good measure! Get well soon Sophie! 🫶
