FITNESS IS FOR EVERYONE.

Pilates, fitness and coaching is for everyone, regardless of your shape, size, or fitness level.

Over the years, I heard that my size would prevent me from being taken seriously as a coach.
Despite my education, it took time for me to find the confidence to share my knowledge.

This year, I’ve embraced my journey and stepped into my own.

We keep our classes small, with 4-8 clients, to ensure everyone feels valued and receives the best guidance and support.

In Pilates and fitness, size and shape don’t matter. All you need is good training, knowledge, confidence, and a sense of humor!

If your thinking of any type of coaching or thinking of joining any classes or even the gym, but may be worried about your size, shape or fitness level just DO IT. You are as able as any other person, you are as worthy and capable.

She is doing well and has shown true strength and resilience.

Our replies will be slower this week as we are spending a lot of time travelling back and forth to the hospital.
