An amazing win for the boys at the weekend too 😍 and a return to the park for a player with a hamstring tear and shoulder surgery for another. Got to take the good with the bad 🫠

Not only do I write the program, deliver the session but I provide some pitchside entertainment…what more could you ask from your Sports Therapist? 🤷🏻‍♀️

Rehab is hard, it’s a tough mental grind so you’ve got to have fun in the process! Sometimes it’s forced to begin with, but a fake smile ends up in a real one eventually 🤩😄
