😱Can't believe I'm having to say this AGAIN!!!😵

Choosing this EVERY DAY and EVERY MONTH...

Can't believe I'm writing this AGAIN but a stark reminder *I WILL NOT* be tolerating any form of abuse, unreasonable demands or disrespect from *ANYONE* and the terms and conditions you sign before you attend any appointment? apply TO EVERYONE !!

I stood in my clinic yesterday subjected to 20 mins of abuse all because a client didn't follow precare and argued with terms she agreed to in 3 separate forms all signed by her and when they were enforced decided she didn't agree with them, I was called a fraud, a bullsh*ter, threatened because herself and her daughter worked for the council that my reputation would be in tatters, called unprofessional for stopping a treatment because the client was bleeding heavily because she DIDNT follow precare and drank caffeine right up to her appointment. So I'm unprofessional for choosing not to traumatise fragile skin and carry out a treatment that's unsafe and will only result in poor rentention??? She already had poor retention from the first appointment due to how compromised her skin was due to scarring from a previous treatment elsewhere but I got the blame for that aswell even though it is VERY clear in my paperwork that healing in person to person varies and results can never be fully guaranteed especially when dealing with poor skin quality!

I have been doing this job for 26 years 11 of which I've been a PMU artist and over the last few years the shift in how people treat service providers is SHOCKING!!

20 mins I stood listening to verbal abuse then followed by abusive and threatening texts and emails into the evening.

If you don't like my terms and conditions and how I adhere to saftey protocols for ALL then just don't book with me. I'm honestly done with taking abuse from people. IM
NOT A PUNCH BAG!!

I should have immediately thrown her out my clinic but I politely asked her to cease talking to me with disrespect not just once but *3 TIMES* first and foremost I'm a human being and secondly I care about clients results and will not be bullied into doing something you want when I know it's not ethical right or safe to proceed.

Just remember EVERYONE has there struggles in life but to abuse people because you think your entitled to is NOT OK and I remained professional throughout but there's only so much a person can take and I personally have had enough I will enforce my terms and conditions and I will not tolerate abuse of any kind whatsoever you will be immediately removed from my system and not allowed back and that's final.

No arguments I don't do confrontation this incident was reported to the police due to its magnitude so please be respectful to people. PERIOD. i go to work daily to help people and I love what I do but this I am absolutely am not down for.
