✨️What an incredible first session today delving into the Emotional Logic method! ✨️

I had the pleasure of guiding a student through the foundation course of understanding our emotions.

🌟 Today, our focus was on the seven key emotions (& connected feelings) we experience when processing grief. We explored how to use the Emotional Logic cards to visually map out our emotional reactions. This kinesthetic approach is so powerful because it helps us connect more deeply with our emotional processing, bringing greater awareness and understanding to the useful purpose of each emotion.
