Your sleeping set up matters a lot!

As mentioned above its the number 1 causes of injuries these days as weird as it sounds. It is the origin of migraines, headaches, stiff neck or many types of back and foot pain.

Many people think that tossing and turning is normal, some think that its just the way they are, restless sleepers. What if I would tell though that its not the case?

Instead your body can't get stable or relaxed is the REASON why you moving all night. Instead of having a great night sleep so your body can recover from the stress that you put it through on a given day you not just not having that recovery but DAMAGING your spine every night until you get it sorted. Imagine what it does over TIME...

First of all the preferred position should be always side positions. Sleeping on the back will cause problems, face down is even worse and it will pull out bones in a direction that your body cannot self correct.

Second of all your height of your pillow matters. As you can see in the videos next nothing works exact right unless you get it exactly right. Even half a centimetre or less can make you toss and turn!

Third of all you won't be able to set up the right height unless you have a good FIRM( as hard as the floor often) mattress because if its soft or has dips in it your body dip into those positions and change on other bits of the body make it impossible to set the right height of pillow.

In ABC this is the very first thing we sort out for patients as once its corrected your healing journey is a lot faster and smoother. As you see we not only just correcting bones but working on injury prevention so it won't bother you in the future.

Here you can see a long term typical improvement with Advanced Biostructural Correction. All the pictures before treatment and consisted of 4 treatments only to get to this stage. Still more to improve but good changes in just 4 treatments. Your shoe wear matter more then you would think! Most shoes too pointy and also way too much cushioning a the bottom. Although a bit of a heel is actually not bad but having too much and other things like arch support actually making you feet worse (yeah read that right all those expensive insoles just helping you to compensate at the time but your body gets worse on the long run) and with that the rest of your body as it has to compensate for it. With Advanced Biostructural Correction we can correct that.

If you want the right shoe wear then choose barefoot shoes, but not just any cheap brand (some might work) as most of them not a true barefoot. You need to make sure it`s wide toe box and zero drop shoes, also bend at the arch also as you got 3 joints there! So choose wisely my friends.
