✨️ Empowering Recovery. ✨️
Service users from the Dirrans Centre had a fantastic visit to the Rose Reilly Sports Centre Wellbeing suite in East Ayrshire this week.
The group had the opportunity to try out the centre's specialised rehabilitation equipment. The Innerva power assisted equipment will encourage movement for those with limited abilities to help rebuild their strength, confidence and improved independence.

Individuals being able to access innovative equipment such as this in such a friendly environment provides more than physical rehabilitation, it supports motivation and a real sense of progress for each person's recovery journey and wellbeing.

A big Thank you to Wendy from MSK NHS Ayrshire & Arran for demonstrating how the equipment works practically. It was also amazing to get to meet and chat with Rose Reilly! 🩷

Mindful Monday✨

Experiencing difficult feelings are part of being human.

Take a minute today to pause, breathe, and check in with yourself.
A little self‑kindness can go a long way. 💗

When we're stressed, anxious or spending a lot of time doomscrolling, mindfulness can be a great way to break the cycle and bring ourselves back into the moment 💜
It doesn't have to be complicated or take a lot of time. Try these one minute tips for a quick re-set.
