We're hosting a food collection this festive season with all donations supporting North Ayrshire Foodbank.

If you're passing, or using our centre, and can support, you'll find our food collection box in the main hall way. 🥫

The walks we offer weekly are more than movement, they are connection, peer support and shared strength.

Thanks to all who attended our September catch up! It was really nice to see you all. We hope you enjoyed a wee blether & lunch with us.☺️
We also welcomed Mark, who visited from Home Energy Scotland.
Mark was able to give information on the service and support they can provide to households, individuals and carers with their energy usage or providers. ✨️

We actively promote walking weekly at the Dirrans Centre offering different distances to suit the needs of our referrals as part of their weekly rehabilitation support.
