Today is International Men’s Day 2025 💜
This years theme for International Men’s Day 2025 is “Celebrating Men and Boys.

This reminds us to appreciate the men and boys in our lives for who they are—not just for what they do. It encourages us to acknowledge their efforts, their kindness, their struggles, and their positive impact on families and communities.

This theme highlights that men and boys also need love, support, and recognition💜 It encourages us to celebrate their achievements, encourage their dreams, and create a safe space where they can express their feelings without judgment.

Let’s value men and boys, understand their challenges, support their growth, and appreciate the important role they play in society 🌹

What a great morning we had at the Women's Wellbeing Drop In!
As usual we had a plan and then the convo went in all sorts of directions but what a laugh🤣

Said it many times before but we are so grateful to those who pop into our group, this week had been tough for many reasons and the chat and belly laughs we had today was just what we all needed i think💜

Next Women's Wellbeing is Friday 28th of November 10 - 12 at the Nethermains Community Centre, new faces are always welcome and no need to book🌹

Dropped by to see our friends at Minds Of Recovery today, as they have launched their Conversation Cafe in Kilwinning!

This weekly group is open to anyone, if your in recovery, if your struggling with your mental health, feeling lonely......

Honestly today I woke up feeling low, anxiety hit and was stuck in my own negative thoughts and had to really push myself out the door to go, am so glad I did though. I am definitely going to be popping in when I can.

Connection 🖇 💜 with others who genuinely want to support makes a huge difference in your day.

This Friday is Halloween 🎃
So our Women's Wellbeing Drop In is going to obviously have a Halloween themed morning of laughs!

Apple dooking 🍎 and some other activities to give us a fun filled morning 🪄

Dress up is optional, and of course no pressure to take part in the games 💜

Finished off with a meditation and Soundbath🌹
