This Sunday 7th September 3pm.

The UK’s new emergency alert system will send a loud siren, message, and vibration to every compatible phone even on silent. Survivors of abuse with hidden phones could be put at risk if the device is discovered.

You can opt out in your phone’s settings to protect your safety.
✅ iPhone: Search “Emergency Alerts” in settings → Turn off Severe & Emergency alerts
✅ Android: Search “Emergency Alerts” in settings → Turn off Severe & Emergency alerts (and other threat categories if listed)

Face-to-face meetings for those living with su***de loss .
Losing someone to su***de can feel overwhelming, isolating, and difficult to talk about. You don’t have to go through it alone.
We provide a safe, confidential, understanding space to share your experiences, connect with others who truly understand su***de loss, guidance, compassion, and mutual support whilst remembering our loved ones together.
Whether your loss is recent or many years ago, you are welcome.

Today at our Women's Wellbeing Group we introduced the topic of Shadow Work👥

Again thank you ladies for sharing your thoughts, we say it all the time but we are so grateful for the honesty and trust you have given us, allowing us to create a safe space for non judgemental open conversation 💜

What's said in the women's group stays in the women's group 🌹

If you would like to attend our next session is Friday 5th September at 10am till 12 at THE INSTITUTE AT NETHERMAINS/BLACKLANDS (Nethermains Community Centre, Kilwinning) no need to book!

£5 to attend, the fee goes straight into the pot to continue the group running after our funding ends - each session ends with a relaxing meditation and Soundbath 🧘‍♀️

Summer Club at the THE INSTITUTE AT NETHERMAINS/BLACKLANDS is over☀️

6 weeks of great chat, laughter, creating, drumming, guided breathing, meditation, bouncing, eating.......so much packed in💜

Thank you to the Nethermains for asking us to be a part of this, thanks to those who volunteered with us and most of all thank you to the amazing kids of Kilwinning who made our summer magic😍🥳

At Rock & Rose Project CIC we tailor our delivery of the sessions around those attending so our activity plan each week will change to meet your needs.
Along with Self discovery activities each week you will experience-

🌹Guided Meditation
🌹Sound Bath

We provide everything you just need to turn up!

The cost is £70 for 6 weeks
🌹 £35 non refundable deposit is required to secure your place
💜 You can choose to pay the cost in full at time of booking, or choose to pay the remaining balance 1 week before the start date of the course

Rock and Rose Project CIC is a not for profit organisation so all funds generated by these courses go to hall hire, staffing costs and back into the project to help fund other events🌹
