Going from did I really get to this size, to full happiness with my body

Shocked by how you got yourself into such unhealthy habits?

You'll only grow when challenged, and also your only going to get excited about the challenge..

You may have just munched out on takeaways, you may have tried hard, but you don;t need to go super intense you just need to know how to knock through levels slowly so step by step you improve..

Problem is most of you here couldn’t tell the 5th step down the line, never mind probably the 3rd or 4th.

When you have removed toxicity, you really can become the version of yourself that you want to become.

You may think that's not possible for you, but if you are consistent and don't run back when it's uncomfortable, then you will prevail..

When you follow a world class plan you are going to see results regards..

When you be consistent 70% of the time rather than go in at 100% and burnout you will see better results at 70% rather than being on and off at 100%..

What you can do when push your body just a bit more is you start to see the ab line appear on your stomach  you become more confident with your body. 

 You feel that you are more happy, their will be days that won't be as high, they will be days where you will be lower and their will be months and years where you crush life.

Just do the work and the happiness for years occurs.

So if you just want world class results, more happiness, more confidence in your body..

And be able to show up in the best light for your children..

Then let's not waste any more time as in life people have wasted so much time already..

Do you actually want to make positive changes to your body? 

You need to actually train in a way that will actually get your results! 

When you train properly different things happen and you have to require different methods to get different results.  

I strongly advise you do the following 

Following a structured programme that you get coached on, not just sent a plan. 

Repeating similar movements even when you think it’s boring 

Actually working on quality and not quantity means that you perform the reps very poorly, with limited progression other than injuries and bad form.  

Do you even fuel your body with enough calories to recover and actually get in the best possible shape? 

Don’t just go all guns blazing for a month and then stopping for a week or 2 absolutely is not going to get you the results.

Actually perform reps with a slower tempo of movement, often too fast and actually in my experience this is miles out.  

Sleeping for a good 7-9 hours on average per night. 

If you are not performing the key metrics above it’s unlikely that you will actually be getting the results that you want.

You may get to a situation whether you don’t see results. 

Limited results might mean you might stop. 

Then in 3 months time be further behind than before and this then causes issues with your personal confidence. 

And if this cycle continues, it’s no wonder you are not in love with your body. 

ACT before it’s too late again.

𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭 𝐃𝐚𝐰𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐥𝐞𝐭'𝐬 𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐳𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐭𝐨𝐝𝐚𝐲.

She embarked on a life changing journey with me off course she was a little hesitant to join my programme.

But now she is starting to live in the mind and body she always wanted to have.

But WOW the progress is unreal, seriously amazing!!

She says this is the ”Best decision she has made and wish she did it many years ago”

Before we embarked on the Journey, Dawn was in 16-18 clothes sizes and now has brought a gym kit that's size 8 and in size 8-10s of everything she wears!

10kg (1.5 stone) dropped in the last 8 weeks! All sustainable, still enjoying her food!

As well as me being her trainer, I have coached her in many aspects of her life so she sees things differently!!

Dawn now looks younger, has far more energy than she has ever had before and certainly fitter and never dreamt of being in a size 8, she recently has felt overwhelmed with the amount of happiness that is occurring within her life.

How do you speak about your food?

All sugar is bad, need to avoid this!

All carbs are bad I will get after eating these

I must go low calories, this will get rid of my belly fat!

I must not eat carbs late at night, that's bad for you!

I must not have chocolate, I am failing if I have chocolate!

I will not progress if I have a takeaway!

Can’t have much fruit due to it’s sugar content!

I’ve not eaten for while I am hunger so I will eat more

I can’t do any activity (due to injury) so I will eat more.

And we can continue with much more than this, my point is all the above is how people feel, because they have been told one of the above from someone else, a fad diet has let them feel like this!

Or the belief has been created from somewhere.

Now I educate people every single day on their false thoughts regarding food and perceived thoughts so they get in the shape of their life!

Removing all the damaging beliefs that are holding them back!

With no BS methods, only methods that have worked hundreds of times, not just with the odd person.

Our past has created our present and the present is key!

Because getting the present right will mean we will be stronger in the future with all aspects of life.

“Do you think it’s possible for me to change”

This was my client's reservations before starting her life changing journey with me.

Client celebration time, the effort and dedication that Dawn has put in over the last 6 weeks is absolutely amazing work!!

It’s safe to say 6 weeks in and what a start to the transformation!

Saying it’s gathered pace would be an understatement. It’s moving quickly forward right now.

This is what I call record pace and the results here are moving towards world class!

Now like anything in life it hasn’t been linear. There has been up and down days, the challenges of 12 hour shifts.

The switch from not going to the gym at all (for a short while) to being in the gym 5-6 days a week is an incredible switch.

Going from leggings in the gym to wearing short shorts, just because confidence has increased. Is amazing!!

But if you want to do something and you put your mind to it you can do it!

Now it’s not your fault that many people put weight on over the last year but now is the time, and the time to make your changes.

Now don’t wait around and keep questioning yourself will this work!

Because ultimately that’s the mindset that allows you to not have decisive action.

I will create you to have decisive decisions.

You can’t diet plan your way to results!

You have probably learnt this by now?

You will always fall well short by doing this and it hasn’t worked for you has it?

So the reason is because you haven’t had the mindset coaching, the nutrition education and the plan that will get you the results you deserve.

It’s not your fault, you don’t need to do crazy stuff to lose 15lbs.

The gap to what?

The gap between where you are to where you want to be the self awareness act is key!

You see the moment you are aware of where you want to be is the moment you can start closing the gap.

The gap is important knowing what to do, what to say at the right point has allowed me to become an effective coach!

Knowing the gap and what you need to do to close it allows you to take action!

Ever got frustrated that you know what you want to do but you haven’t done the action yet and many times you said you were taking the action.

I totally get it, I am sure we have all yielded to procrastination at some point, it’s those who move and act on it the quickest that know.

You then think you are not good enough!

But subconsciously they are reasons why you can’t follow through with your actions.

Are you calling yourself a yo-yo dieter?

And this could be hugely damaging because believing you will always lose and put weight back on is so damaging to your mind.

Maybe you have unhealthy eating habits that have been there for many years!

Your one minute cutting carbs out completely.

Next thing you know, you are dropping your calories significantly and when you go out at the weekend with friends you have a mindset that your weight will go up. In reality nobody increases body fat by having one meal off plan a week.

You look at the scales on Monday morning and you feel crippled because the weight went up.

Yet, you didn’t understand that one litre extra of water in your body means your weight will go up by a 1 kilo or by 2.2 pounds.

Low restrictions and cutting out food groups will just lead you to become lethargic and tired.

Who wants that?

Trust me you don’t if you are working a demanding job or a parent! You want all the energy in the world. There are 3 macros, protein, carbs and fats for a reason so you eat them all.

The word diet is not something that is perceived to be a positive word By many!

You don't do diets with me, you learn to love foods around your lifestyle.

Mindset and your identity is more important, once this is reshaped your relationship with food will be as well!

You only track what you monitor, if you track nothing then how would you know if you progressed!

The problems you encounter with tracking you think that fat turns into muscle this has never been the case.

Muscle is very condensed and fat is over a bigger surface area. 1 kilo of muscle weighs one kilo of fat, Never been a difference.

How can 1kg weigh different from 1kg? Simple answer it can't.

It's okay if you don't understand the scales and all fluctuating factors, to why weight goes up on and down.

When you take progress pictures, you get out of your comfort zone and if you actually want to be comfortable with your body it’s about doing the uncomfortable things to broaden your comfort zone!

You see until you do the stuff that scares you, you will never grow to the person you want to be.

Now you may have some areas of life where you want them to be..

But for you to live your life to its full potential.

You have to have a good relationship
You have to have a good social life
You have to have a good business/job
You have to have a great Body.

So where are you falling down?

You have to be prepared to take a leap of faith!

Do the deep work, the real work.

I teach deep work. It's not just fat loss and Weight loss you get you get empowered to look and feel sexy inside and out!

𝐆𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬, 𝐛𝐮𝐭 𝐧𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐫𝐞𝐮𝐬𝐥𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐢𝐧𝐠.

Realising it is hard but so much easier when your not guessing, as humans we like to know exactly what we are doing and when!

If I don’t know, I want to fast track my struggles, I will get help, I learnt that struggling shouldn’t be the way!

Why because there are only 700800 hours on planet earth if you are lucky enough to live to the age of 80. And I don’t exactly want to waste them and I am sure you don't either?

And when we don’t know exactly what we are doing or we continue to lift with ego we are unlikely to get results.

But this could simply be changed by simply dropping your ego!

What does dropping your ego mean!

It means you are prepared to learn!

You see, having coaches is not a bad thing and it’s a bloody marvelous thing!

It’s life changing!

You see, the best athletes in the world have more coaches the better they get.
Because the demands becomes more and they need a bigger support bubble!

I demonstrate above exactly how to not lift weights! To how you perform very differently once ego has been dropped.

You see the main difference mostly between you and my clients is the fact that they have dropped their ego and are prepared to work from the ground upwards!

That’s never been true!

Some people can be scared that they don’t think they are capable of making the changes.

Have worked 18+ hour shifts and still trained the next day!
24 hour shift and trained the next day!
12 hour shifts regularly in their weekly patterns! And constantly train every week.

Some people want to get the best quality of life, steps are part of anyone’s journey and those that want quality map out their own walking routes.

Quality is when they change from buying packed food to fresh quality food.

They want to improve their sleep quality so they don’t just focus on the hours of sleep they focus on the right environment and having dark curtains.

These small changes make it quality over quantity, once you have made the switch you can do it for the rest of your life!

The underestimation of the challenge!

You may think when you are far away from the body you want you will never get there.

Always being in a deficit, and then you hit your target weight you have a WOW moment.

But I bet you have dieted many times before, and I bet a lot of people have had a coach or been on a diet for it and as soon as most people hit their weight they think that’s it, their’s one thing you missed and it’s not mentioned enough!

Is it takes a completely different skill-set to maintain a certain weight, the fact that you are going to be eating more psychologically can not sound right in your mind.

So if you have never actually done the full process, then don’t actually expect to have the full result.

This is where a trainer in the past might have not explained this to you in the past.

Yet you need to ensure that you do the full cycle to ensure that you don’t move back and forth with your body and fitness.

High level of chance you never maintained a diet before and you did dozens right?

It won’t be different until you go full in on a new approach!

Until you step into the world of life changing results a coach, who educates you and not somebody who just does a diet plan!

You will be placing your self on a challenge built on quick sand, not a quick mind and identity shift that you want.

KNOW and understand your core values and actually you will know whether you are on the right track or not.

Often people just drift along, I am not here to let you drift along or take your foot off the gas.

As often the most underrated part of any journey is accountability.

I spoke to one of my clients recently and he felt like he hadn’t done anything with his life until now that’s so empowering to hear.

I knew he had actually done loads of stuff, but always felt it was for other people.

Can you relate to this?
The fact you have focused on business, being a parent and you know what many of these people are absolutely crushing their career!!

There seems to be a common trend, long periods without eating for many people!

You value yourself and you and everyone you surround yourself with will be more happy and confident!

Being happy= being strong with mind and body confidence.
Being Helpful to yourself will make you feel proud.
Being open to others and honest will allow you to grow as a person.

Structure creates less stress, yet some think structure creates stress even trying to find disciplined structure.

I can tell from working with 100s of women that this is never the case!

And Truth is I will be or have worked with women in similar shoes to you!

But you think you are the only one.

Nobody else will be thinking, like me, “why do I get up each morning and feel like this”?
I often hear this.

“I just feel like everything is too much” and you feel overwhelmed with the day ahead of you?

Now why does overwhelm even come into existence? A couple of things you have put too many things down on paper or in your head that you want to achieve so you are putting internal pressure on yourself.

Long term overwhelm leads to burn out, are you ready to get some new routines and build a sustainable life, with a sustainable body that feels you with joy and confidence?

Something has to change in the mind or with physical actions to see and feel the difference.

Small changes consistently= long term success! Too many changes too quickly can lead you to become too frightened of the process.

You see with press ups you can see the instinct progress moving from 5 times completed to 6 times completed.

When working on the mind you won’t notice instinct change but after many weeks you certainly will do, you may not recognize it at first.

But because there isn't immediate change felt then, people don’t do the deep work, the real work!

Time with your mind and decluttering the mind is massive.

Been training for a while, like the feelings you get from training but just not sure what you should do, I provide clarity now we don’t have to train 5 times a week 2-3 times a week is plenty enough! To get life changing results!

Looking for the perfect day, you will spend to much time, waiting and your only losing time.

How would you understand whether you are progressing?

You will always think your not progressing as quick as you like as someone will tell you how quick they progress, guess what they are unlikely to sustain it on any diet that’s restrictive!

You know how many people are disappointed with 1 pound lost, do this for the next 52 weeks of the year. Most people who need to lose a significant amount of weight would be pretty happy.

Most people wouldn;t recognize a perfect day, as you would need perfect weather, great conditions, great sleep, great work day, great training day, great energy. Keep looking for perfection is a sign of fear in disguise.

Looking at measurements, progress pictures, your mindset, the way you speak about yourself so a multitude of things.

Reducing stress, reducing anxiety, building confidence within yourself, improving your self worth is way more important than anything.

The key thing is to understand the feelings that people want to feel!

𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐫!

Because this is the time to build more positive habits into your lifestyle, so you feel better about your life.

Building the right routines, you will get results if you are consistent for a long enough period of time and of course you are focusing on the right areas.

Now often you fall victim to the diet culture, because you are desperate to lose a little bit of weight or fat quickly and when it doesn’t happen as quickly as you want to you want meal replacements or seriously low calories.

You like it for a week or so and lose a bit, but in the long run you go back to square one or put more weight on than you started as never sustainable. This leads to confuse and people being scared of eating,

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐝𝐨 𝐈 𝐫𝐞𝐠𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐲 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐫!

Starting on Monday- on Monday, might be saying this multiple time throughout the year

This year is my best year yet.

Next month will be a better timing

Once I feel ready I will start.

When we make changes in our life, it feels uncomfortable, if you keep thinking like above you will always find excuses.

Once the kids are at school I will do something about it.

I say all the above with care as it does not have to be this way!

𝐈 𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐧 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐨 𝐚𝐧 𝐨𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲!

As a professional coach their is not one days passes that I don't learn something new that will help clients going forward. Continuous education for nearly 9 years.

You see, many people think it's not possible.

And if your in 100% mode actually it might not be, but what happens is people go 100% in on their training and then weeks later that wasn't possible.

But if they were at 50% to begin with and moved that up to 70-80% over time that would certainly allow you to get results.

You see at 100% IN with your lifestyle is mostly likely not possible but that's not the only way and you can still get amazing results starting at only 50% in. It is an amazing new mindset to have.

You see those who work with me get 𝐁𝐄𝐒𝐓 results, that’s because they get to enjoy food, love the process and that’s why they create the 𝐂𝐀𝐍 do mindset!

You see this is why you probably have 4 weeks off amazing results.

Do you believe you can’t have a social time and get results? I am telling my clients.
Do you believe that every meal must be prepped?
Do you believe that every training session scheduled most people completed?

For most that won’t be possible, one thing I do is continue to educate and I will believe in you more probably than you can believe in yourself.

You may have created false thoughts or a bad situation has occurred to disassociate yourself with the process!
