Last week 2 of our wonderful Assistant EMHPs, Hannah and Martin attended a support worker conference. Here’s what they had to say…
‘The day consisted of several speakers in the morning from different sectors of the trust to speak about what support they provide. We then had a lovely lunch! In the afternoon we continued in groups where we had a chance to hear about more services and what they entailed. It was a fun day and a really good opportunity to network and look at development opportunities’.

⭐️⭐️⭐️ We have had 3 amazing students from with us on work placement this week. Autumn, Katie and Maria are all interested in careers in HR, and so took part in our young persons interview panel where they gave some very valuable feedback on our candidates. They have been absolute superstars all week and they even had chance to meet Moose, the therapy dog!
Here’s what they had to say…
‘I liked that our opinions actually mattered, everyone was so kind to us’.
‘I liked that I was listened to, I felt like my voice was important during the process’.
‘(I) enjoyed meeting new people and gaining more confidence, experience and knowledge’.
