Hi, I’m Melissa – a certified Integral Sound Healing Practitioner & Holistic Therapist. I weave sound into my treatments to support whole-body wellbeing.

Trained with The Sound Healing Academy, I offer soundbaths 1 to 1, for groups, & communities. I have been a holistic therapist for over 16 years, being fully trained and insured for Reflexology,
Indian Head Massage and Upper Body Rejuvenation Massage (also known as Facial Rejuvenation Massage). I have also trained with the Sound Healing Academy in Birmingham (Level 1 Integral Sound Healing) so I now bring the wonderful therapeutic & healing effects of sound & vibration into my treatments. I offer bespoke treatments based on each clients individual needs. I have more recently trained on Level 2 Groupwork with the Sound Healing Academy. To complete my training I can now offer Soundbaths to a wide range of people with different needs. I love seeing the amazing benefits that healing sound can bring to everyone.

Such a peaceful soundbath .at.the.grange studio last night. And so wonderful to witness so many taking time out for themselves, to recharge with sound.

✨️What a lovely session to end off the final soundbath for 2025 at this gorgeous space in Kings Lynn.

Huge thanks to everyone who has attended these soundbaths since starting here & to Ellie, who helps set up this beautiful space, making sure it's comfy for all those attending.
And then packing it all away again, at the end of the night.

✨Sound Sanctuary Midwinter Reset Day ✨
January 10th 10am - 3:30pm
West Acre

Are you in need of some time set aside just for you?
A place to rest and recharge, in a supportive environment, nurtured by sound practices.
Then this day is for you, a day created with your wellbeing at heart. A space created to allow you to simply be.

Having held these sessions for the past three years, I’m now able to welcome a few more women into the space.

If you’re looking for connection and practices that bring you back to yourself, this day is for you.

What's included-

• Welcome + Guided Meditation
A soft landing with gentle sound to invite ease and calm.

• Drumming in Circle
Simple, joyful rhythm work—no experience needed.
Drums provided (or bring your own).

• Extended Restorative Soundbath
Experience an extended soundbath, one where you have had the time to soften and land in.

• Nourishing Refreshments

Herbal teas throughout the day + a grounding refreshments post soundbath.

• Gentle Integration Time
Space to journal, reflect, and connect.

Looking for some time out for you? Needing a way to switch of an overwhelmed mind, a place to recenter and feel yourself once more?
Then come along and try a soundbath. Set in the lovely 'Yoga at The Grange' studio in Kings Lynn,
just off Wootton Road. This coming Friday the 21st of November.

With its underfloor heating and vaulted ceilings, this serene, ambient space is the perfect setting to unwind and experience a full soundbath, with gentle breath work and meditation to help you soften into deeper relaxation.

It’s a wonderful way to end your week — allowing you the space to be at peace and gently supported with sound.

I guide you through all what to expect so suitable for those new to sound as well as welcoming back those who have been before.

-Doors open at 7:00pm for a 7:15pm start
-Free parking on site

A single yoga mat, bolster cushion, lightweight blanket
and weighted eye mask are provided for your comfort.

Please bring along any extra mats, blankets or cushions to suit your personal comfort levels, and a water bottle to stay hydrated.

✨️ Subtle waves of calming vibrations,
Soothing tones to focus the mind,
And heart centered sounds to bring us back home to ourselves - this afternoon's soundbath was truly one for centering.

On a grey day, mid November, this is just what was right & needed.
And such a lovely group of people, thankyou to all those who attended.

At this time of year, if you find yourself worrying or finding it hard to switch off, and not sleeping well, then a soundbath may be just what you need.

Quite simply, it really does help place all those thoughts to the side and gives your mind the downtime that it needs.
This alone is gold ✨️

Just one month to go before I return to Beetley Village Hall (NR30 4BT) this December for a deeply restorative Sunday Soundbath.

Using a combination of Alchemy tone crystal bowls, tibetan bowls, drums, gong, chimes & more,
it’s the perfect space to unwind, soften, and restore balance, especially before the busy festive season begins.

We will begin with gentle breathwork and guided meditation before flowing into a soothing soundbath — finishing with hot herbal tea and time to connect.

No experience is needed, as I guide you through all what to expect.
