What a way to wrap up the cross country season! 🏃‍♂️💨

On Sunday, NEMS were back out providing medical cover for the fantastic Ryston Runners AC at the Shouldham Cross Country Grand Prix — the final race in the series and the last one for the year… until we all decide running through mud again later in the year is a brilliant idea! 😄

It’s been an absolute pleasure supporting these events throughout the series. From muddy trainers to heroic hill climbs, we’ve loved being there to keep everyone safe while you all pushed yourselves across the course. Thankfully it was mostly just tired legs and big smiles at the finish line! 🚑💚

A huge thank you to Ryston Runners AC, the organisers, volunteers, and of course every runner who took part. Thanks for having us along — we’ve genuinely enjoyed every event.

We’ll see you all again when the mud, hills and questionable life choices return later in the year! 😉

Two incredible days at the Blakely APEX Games at the Norfolk Showground Exhibition Centre 🏋️‍♂️🚑

Team NEMS has been on medical cover making sure all the amazing athletes and spectators stayed safe while the competition was in full swing. And what a weekend it’s been!

Teams of four battling it out across four intense zones, pushing through functional fitness workouts where every single point counts. Safe to say there were plenty of tired legs, big lifts, and even bigger determination 💪🔥

Luckily for everyone, we were there ready with the plasters, ice packs, and the occasional “you’ll survive” reassurance 😉

A huge thank you to Blakely Clothing Co. & the Norfolk Showground & Events Centre for having us along to support such a fantastic event. It’s always a pleasure to be part of such a brilliant atmosphere with so many dedicated athletes and supporters.

800 runners, 10 kilometres, and plenty of determination! 🏃‍♂️🚑

Today the NEMS crew were on medical cover for the fantastic 10K road race based at the Norfolk Snowsports Club in Trowse, Norwich. With around 800 runners taking on the course, we were on hand for everything from the occasional wobble to the classic “I’m sure my legs worked before the race started” situation! 😅

Thankfully it was a great event, great atmosphere, and plenty of determined runners smashing their goals. Huge well done to everyone who took part – and thanks for keeping us mostly on standby rather than sprinting after you! 👏

Thank you Trowse 10k for having us, we look forward to seeing you next year.

Day 1️⃣ of medical cover 🚑 at the East Anglia Wedding Show 👰🏻 💒 💍 ✔️

Feet aching, radios buzzing, coffee levels questionable ☕😅 — but we’re all set and smiling after a brilliant first of two days at the Royal Norfolk Showground Exhibition Centre.

Two days of wedding buzz, big dresses, nervous grooms, and us quietly ready for anything 💪🚑
Same place, same team, same calm-in-the-chaos energy…

🐎❄️ Three Days. One Venue. ALL the Weather. ❄️🐎

The NEMS team has spent the last 3 days at Forest Edge Arena providing medical cover for an incredible Horse Dressage event — and wow, what a ride!

We’ve had 🌧️ rain, 🥶 cold… and today decided to really spice things up with ❄️ SNOW. Because why not?

Despite the weather throwing everything at us, the venue was fantastic, the participants were amazing, and the hospitality was absolutely top notch 🙌

Huge respect to everyone who competed, organised, and powered through the elements — true dedication (and very warm layers 😅).

Another brilliant event covered by NEMS 💙
On to the next one… hopefully with slightly less snow 😉❄️

❤️🐴 Valentine’s Horse Ride at Harling Forest 🐴❤️

What a day! The NEMS team were out providing medical cover for the Hoofbeats for Access & Charity Valentine’s Ride in Harling Forest — and Mother Nature really wanted to join in ❄️😂

Heavy snow with proper settling, temperatures hovering around 0°C, wet, muddy conditions… and STILL an absolutely fantastic turnout 🙌
Proof that a bit of snow, mud, and cold won’t stop determined riders (or medics!) 💪🚑

Huge respect to everyone who took part — horses, riders, organisers, and volunteers. Cold toes, muddy boots, big smiles 🥶➡️😄

🚑 A little late… but still buzzing! 🏃‍♂️🌲

Last Sunday, NEMS was out providing medical cover for the brilliant Ryston Runners AC at the fifth round of the Shouldham Cross Country Grand Prix — and wow, what an effort from everyone involved!

Massive shout-out to all the runners who powered through the mud, the miles, and probably some questionable life choices halfway round the course 😉 Outstanding effort from every single one of you 👏

Huge thanks once again to the organisers — as always, absolutely top-notch from start to finish. It’s a pleasure working with such a well-run event.

And that’s nearly a wrap… final races in the series take place on 15th March — go smash it! 💪🔥

💪🔥 BEAST MODE: ACTIVATED (with NEMS on standby!) 🔥💪

We’re out today providing medical cover for the beast_mode_games at The Space Norwich — where lungs burn, legs wobble, and egos get thoroughly tested. 😅

A timed fitness challenge pushing strength, speed, and stamina to their limits…
Whether you’re a full-time fitness keeno 🏋️‍♂️ or just made a questionable life decision on a whim — Beast Mode Games is calling.

🐎💨 That’s a lot of horsepower… and none of it under the bonnet!

NEMS was out on Saturday providing medical cover for one of our regular favourites, West Norfolk Pony Club 🏅

The team spent a full 12+ hours at Forest Edge Area supporting a day of impressive (and very energetic) horse jumping.

Thankfully, no one needed more than a plaster and a cup of tea — the ponies, however, clearly missed the memo about taking breaks 😉

As always, it’s a pleasure working with such a fantastic club. Until next time! 🚑🐴

Better late than never… just like us when we’re making sure everyone’s safe 😉

Last weekend we had the pleasure of providing medical cover at the equestrian centre at Forest Edge Arena, and what a weekend it was!
Horses flying, riders shining, dust everywhere… and us on standby making sure the only thing racing was the horses 🐎💨

Big thanks to everyone involved — great atmosphere, great teamwork, and thankfully nothing more dramatic than sore legs and tired smiles.
Same time next event? We’ll bring the kit, you bring the jumps 👌
