Update:
We have our phone diverted to a mobile so are able to take calls but until the new handsets come the signal isn’t particularly great. We have been assured this shouldn’t be too long. But at least we are able to take your calls now.
We are aware we have an issue with our telephone line and are working on resolving this. Unfortunately we do not check the messages on Facebook regularly enough throughout the work day to use this as a form of communication. We will work to resolve the telephone line issue as quickly as possible.
