I love being a part of your day. In the morning, asking what you’re up to; hearing you’re meeting your friend for coffee, having a lazy day, or getting outside ⛅️

In the evenings, seeing you come in, freshly showered and in your comfy clothes. Hearing about your day and helping you switch off, preparing for a peaceful nights sleep (which sometimes comes during the treatment! 💤)

I love being a part of it, either setting you up or winding you down, it’s lovely to know you’ve taken the time to be nourished and taken care of ✨

Life in November has been lovely:

🤎 Welcoming people into the new space has been so amazing. I’ve so many plans for the new year and I can’t wait to bring them into this space

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 A weekend break to Scotland (which may be one of my new fav places)

🎁 Preparing the Winter Warmer Special, and blending for the gift bags. I still can’t believe the response to this treatment! This time of year can be tricky for small businesses and the support has blown me away. I can’t thank you all enough

🐈 We put the decs up a bit early this year, and Pip was in awe which melted our hearts. The tree hasn’t been attacked as much as expected as well 🎄

🇨🇭🍻 Ended the month with a weeks trip to Switzerland & Germany, which was beautiful beyond belief

☁️ Certainly happy to be home though & stomping around the muddy foggy coast. A busy few weeks ahead requires a bit of grounding, and there’s nothing like a walk to blow the cobwebs away
