Training is provided to facilitate the following, Body Shape & Tone (Resistance Training), Cardiovascular & Aerobic Fitness, Weight Loss, Muscular Strength, Sports Specific Training, Injury Rehabilitation, Core Stability, Flexibility & Stretching and Nutritional & Weight Management Advice. I offer flexible training that could be undertaken in a friendly local gym or your own home in the King’s Lynn and West Norfolk area.
