We had a lovely morning, listening to music, doing exercise and playing coordination games. There was lots of laughing and being silly but enjoyed by all the residents!

What a nice afternoon we had yesterday, we had a social on one side of the activity room with music and lots of chatting. Then on the other side of the room work experience students came up with their own arts and crafts activity which turnt out beautiful and even turned into a competition between them 🖼️

We all had a lovely game of bingo thismorning, everyone was a winner and lots of fun! Even the work experience students got involved with calling numbers

Lovely church service thismorning with The Beacon Church. All the residents loved singing all the hymns and reading prayers.Then we enjoyed cups of tea and coffee and some of Kelly’s amazing mint chocolate chip cakes 🧁

What a busy day for st Patrick’s day ☘️
Kelly made us some beautiful cakes to fit the theme to go on our trolly, we done all different activities such as word searches, colouring, making leprechaun names and guessing how much gold was is the pot! We also kept up with the theme listening to Irish music as we were going around the home and attempting to do Irish dancing 💃

Today we had a lovely day doing the residents nails whilst the students done colouring in our activity room. Then this afternoon we watched the greatest showman! 🎪💅
