Acne Does Not Have to Win 💛✨

This result is after 12 Dermalux sessions, twice per week, alongside consistent Alumier homecare and closely following Emily’s advice.

This young client had struggled with acne for several years. His skin was sore, inflamed and he felt extremely self conscious. With long dermatology waiting times, he chose a structured plan instead of continuing to try products that were making things worse.

35 Years of Nursing – A Journey of Heart, Growth, and Gratitude 🩺💙

35 years ago, I stepped into nursing with a nervous heart and no idea where this path would lead me. I only knew I wanted to care for people.

This career has carried me through some of the most pivotal moments of my life.
From holding the tiniest lives in neonatal intensive care…
To meeting my best friend Sharon, 30 years ago. A friendship born in scrubs, built through long shifts, laughter, tears, and the kind of support only another nurse truly understands. That alone makes this journey feel even more special.
To walking alongside patients in general practice, supporting them through long-term conditions…
To standing with women through some of their most personal, vulnerable, and life-changing moments in women’s health, sexual health, and contraception.

Becoming an Advanced Nurse Practitioner and prescriber stretched me in ways I never expected - it asked me to believe in myself, to trust my voice, and to step into leadership. Thankyou Lady P for being my mentor and chair rocking partner 🤣 FFF!!!!

And then came the bravest leap of all - believing in myself enough to start my own business. Nearly 10 years on, Rejuvenation Rooms is still standing strong, and I’m so proud of what it’s become and our incredible reputation.

This path hasn’t been easy. It’s been exhausting. It has humbled me. It’s broken my heart at times. It’s tested my confidence. But it has also shaped me, strengthened me, and given my life deep meaning.

Thank you to every patient who trusted me with their care.
Thank you to every colleague and mentor who guided me, backed me, and believed in me.

Tracey is a BSc (Hons) Advanced Nurse Practitioner/Nurse Independent Prescriber, and has been in the nursing profession for over 28 years. Her previous nursing specialialities have included Neonatal Intensive Care, Anti-Coagulation Therapy, Womens Health and Sexual and Reproductive Health. Our clinics are welcoming, relaxed and friendly, providing consultations that enable you to discuss any requirements you may have.
