Anura is a holistic facial spa & wellness centre located in King’s Lynn, in the heart of Norfolk.
The space is truly magical.
Hidden above the busy streets of the town centre, it really is your cosy sanctuary.

I’m so passionate about our events + my work.
The facials I offer are holistic experiences for the mind, body, and soul — you really have to experience one to understand 🤍

I’ve had a lovely weekend. To be honest, I’ve spent most of it working…
In the woods filming, on my phone editing, and on my computer creating — and I truly enjoy all of it.

Projecting myself, my truth, fully into my work, and embodying my purpose as a healer…
and this really is only the start.

I’m so in love with life, with Anura, with everything at the minute…
And actually, it’s all just blended into one.

When you find your purpose and make it your work, I believe this is how it’s meant to feel.
This is what makes it real.

Sunday check-in from Wales 🙋🏼‍♀️🦋

I’m having the most beautiful solo-adventure here.
I came to reconnect to myself.
To find time to be in nature, read and meditate.
I love Anura — and I’m of course still thinking about what’s coming up — this isn’t work to me 🩵

This trip has allowed me to re-connect to those deeper parts of myself.
To gain insight through meditations by the water and throughout my travels in nature — all to use across my work when I’m back home 🌀
