Are you a female aged 16+ and living with the signs and symptoms of ADHD?
Join us for a relaxed monthly meet up where we will learn about ADHD and its symptoms and how we can learn to navigate them.

💖 What to Expect:
✨ A non-judgemental and confidential environment.
✨ No pressure to talk, join us and listen.
✨ Monthly topics with different activities.
✨ Peer support.
✨ Free children's yoga sessions alongside the group to support your childcare needs for attending (please email to book).

Each month, we will present a different topic to unravel the impact that living with the symptoms of ADHD can have on your life.

You do not need a diagnosis to attend as we know that 75% of women living with ADHD are undiagnosed.
