✨Term Reflection ✨
This term we focused on:
💛Neck & shoulder releases— softening tension we so often carry without even realising
👀Gentle eye movements— it improving cognitive function and activating nervous system
🌳Grounding relaxation— reconnecting with the body and the present moment
(Especially great after busy and intense work week)
🕯️We closed our final session with gentle stretches and a candle gazing meditation— a steady practice to centre the mind and soften into stillness as well as improving focus.
It’s been a joy and privilege to hold space for you all.
