The ADHD Alchemist

The ADHD Alchemist I help ADHDers rewire and transform beliefs, regulate their nervous systems and finally feel at home in their own minds

At *The ADHD Alchemist*, I help people with late or self-diagnosed ADHD who feel stuck, exhausted, and unsure of how to break free from the patterns that have held them back. You are amazing just as you are, but it can be hard to acknowledge that when negative past experiences and societal pressures have dimmed your self-belief. Through Belief Coding®, a powerful holistic modality, I work with you to heal the trauma that binds you, break free from masking, and transform the limiting beliefs that fuel your ADHD struggles. Together, we'll rewire your brain, alleviate mental health burdens, and cultivate new empowering thoughts. With a focus on self-compassion, purpose, and positive belief systems, you'll unlock your potential, embrace your true self, and rise.

October was ADHD Awareness Month and as an ADHD Empowerment business owner, I felt like I SHOULD be showing up on socials every day.

But here’s what really happened…I showed up for a couple of weeks. I ran a workshop, supported my clients, and poured my heart into what I love most.

But with so much happening in my personal life - showing up on socials had to take a back seat...see the word SHOULD doesn’t align with who I am or what I teach.

I don’t show up because of an algorithm.
I show up when I have the energy, the clarity, and feel in flow.

Because I know how haunting “SHOULDS” can be - they rise from the grave just to whisper guilt, shame, and comparison in our ears. 👻

So this Halloween, I laid SHOULDS to rest and every unrealistic expectation that’s ever drained my joy - join me too.

"You don't look like you have ADHD."

"Everyone has ADHD nowadays."

"It's down to us all being indoors during COVID times."

"But you're too calm to have ADHD."

"I wouldn't tell people if I were you, that you have ADHD."

"This has been Orchestrated by 'A Minority ' in the name of Money, Profit, Greed, Control, Power, and designed to distract the majority and the detriment of their physical and mental health."

The stigma, the judgement, the lack of understanding and compassion. I've heard it all and more..

I don't explain myself anymore - it's not for me to do. It kept me in a place of justifying, anger and shame The judgement is about them and not about me. I am at peace with my neurodivergent brain - it took me a long time to get here and nothing will stop me from empowering others with ADHD to truly love who they are. ❤️

🌟 Top 3 Anthems for Women with ADHD 🙌

No. 3 You Don’t Own Me – From The First Wives Club, this anthem is pure rebellion. It’s a reminder that no one gets to define you. You’re allowed to take up space, to be bold, to live life on your terms.

No 2. Scars to Your Beautiful – embracing the parts of you that don’t match the mold, because beauty (and brilliance) come from authenticity, not perfection.

No. 1 Golden - This one’s all about owning your shine. It’s fierce, unapologetic - a perfect vibe to step into your light, knowing your energy is what makes you golden.

October - ADHD Awareness Month!

I'm Keren - I support adults with ADHD to regulate their nervous systems, quiet the mental chaos, and reconnect with who they truly are - beyond burnout, beyond masking, and beyond just ‘coping.'

I'll be running online group sessions, raising awareness online, sharing my podcast interviews and giving out free resources.

Because after all:

Why fit in, when you were born to stand out? Dr. Suess

09/09/2025

This year..I have had a very painful frozen shoulder, I received an ADHD Diagnosis which was met with negative criticism by many and recently my twin sister has been diagnosed with bowel cancer (twice in 2 years!)

After a lifetime of being unkind to myself, the usual thoughts started to come in..but I realised I was only hurting me!

So I changed the narrative - time for self-compassion! I laughed, I cried, I told myself it's ok to feel.

By feeling we are healing, reconnecting and and getting back to our true self (before the World told us who to be) and its powerful and freeing!

So come join me Women with ADHD, this Sunday - first 5 people to sign up get 20% off
