This gorgeous client came to me after previously having her lips dissolved so we could start fresh and rebuild them properly. Over time, it’s really common for filler to shift slightly lips are constantly moving when we talk, smile and eat, so placement can change over the years.

My approach is all about balance, detail and working by eye with precision. Every lip is different, so I take time to assess shape, movement and what will suit the face best, rather than using a one-size-fits-all technique.

This glow up didn’t happen overnight.

For a long time, I never felt confident in myself. I was insecure, uncomfortable, and spent years feeling unhappy with the way I looked. Being overweight really affected how I felt, and for a long time I didn’t know how to change that.

Over the years, I’ve worked hard to look after myself properly. I’ve lost weight, changed my lifestyle, and learned that confidence really does come from taking care of yourself.

I’ve also had some treatments along the way, and I’m always honest about that. Apart from eyelid surgery, the rest has been through weight loss and injectables. This post isn’t about being perfect it’s about being happier in my own skin.

Full face restoration

A beautifully balanced result achieved by treating the chin, marionette lines, anterior cheeks, nasolabial folds and lips, restoring structure where it’s been lost and supporting the face as a whole.

Using 5ml, we’ve softened lines, improved lower face support and created a more lifted, refreshed appearance without looking overdone.

We still have more filler planned to continue building and refining the result gradually.

This is why I always treat the face holistically rather than chasing individual lines everything works together.

Dissolving lip filler today due to migration

Migration can happen when too much filler is added over time, placed too closely to the natural lip border, or layered too frequently before previous filler has settled the product can then spread and sit above the lip, creating that “shelf” look.

Although she’d never had filler placed above the lip, she didn’t realise migration had occurred, but after a chat she trusted me to dissolve and reset for the best possible result

Migration can happen when filler is placed too frequently, in the wrong plane, or when too much product is used over time, it then starts to sit outside the natural lip border.

The good news… it’s fixable
Dissolving allows us to reset the lips and rebuild them properly for a more natural, defined result.
