It’s been a pleasure working with professional footballer over the last few months after his leg fracture.

He’s been relentless throughout the process and is genuinely one of the hardest-working athletes I’ve had the chance to work with.

Been a pleasure working with this season helping him get back after an ankle injury.

Worked his socks off through the whole rehab, dealt with any setbacks and stayed accountable the whole way.

So we’ve had a lot of new clients in clinic over the last few months who have suffered from an Achilles Tendon Rupture.

Some of these have had surgery and some have been managed conservatively.

And we’ve had a mix of athletes who want to get back to professional sport and everyday people who just want to be able to walk again normally.

So I thought I'd go through the framework we use to rehab them to eunsure a safe return to sport.
