✨🍂 Autumn Equinox Women’s Circle 🍂✨

As the seasons shift and the days find balance between light and dark, I’m opening a sacred space for women to come together in circle. 🌙

A women’s circle is a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental gathering where we sit in community, share stories, reflect, and reconnect with ourselves. We honour the turning of the seasons, ground into the present moment, and celebrate the wisdom we each carry.

This Autumn Equinox, we’ll be exploring the elements – air, water, earth, and fire – with gentle practices to help us release what no longer serves and welcome in new intentions. 💫

Whether you’ve been to many circles before or this is your very first time, you are so welcome here. 🕊️

For me as a parent of 3 reiki is an absolute must. ✨
~ Reduces stress
~ Reduces anxiety
~ Improves sleep (the sleep you do have)
~ Reduces the overwhelm of the day to day
~ Gives you a chance to just ‘be you’
~ Boosts your immune system
~ Reduces blood pressure
& these are just the ones I can think of.
What does it do for the littles;
~ Relieves teething pain
~ Calms down a fussy baby or child (trust me)
~ Creates a gorgeous moment between parent & child.
~ Can reduce colic and digestive issues
~ The interaction of a child is pure, they are receptive and open. It’s beautiful.

Basically Reiki is ace and everyone should get to experience it. ✨🤍

✨Dr Mikao Usui believed that in order for anyone to practice reiki and transfer healing energy to others, they must have first taken responsibility for their own health and wellbeing & that is why he invented the five principles of reiki to teach to his students to apply to their life.

This can be a totally overwhelming thought to try and live by all of these everyday (well not the being kind & working honestly, these should be a breeze) so start with your focus on one, if you live a whole day with letting go of anger you will be a much happier person when you go to bed…. Promise ✨🙌🏻

I had an overwhelming urge to change up my logo ✨Now that my case studies are done and being submitted this weekend 😄 soon I’ll be a fully qualified practitioner & able to offer all the reiki loveliness to the masses ✨ So to honour that the lovely .loveli made my drawing come to life & what a talented soul she is. 🙏🏻

The world has felt like a heavy place these last few years & now more so than ever. When there is a global scale disaster a community quickly forms. I’ve always wondered why it takes such an event to provoke this feeling in people, it should be something that we as individuals practice in our everyday. There is unbelievable strength when people come together & show compassion and kindness.
Let’s all try to be less in our own heads and focus on where our energy can be of better use. For me, I’ll be sending love to the people of Ukraine whenever I have a spare empty space or thought. Energy is a universal life force and it’s powerful. Don’t waste it. 🤍
