When you see me in the sea at Bantham please say hello 👋 🫶✨
✨ Why I Chose ‘Into the Blue’ — A Charity Close to My Heart ✨
When I moved to South Devon 20 years ago, I felt an energy that pulled me to the sea — and thankfully, both my boys felt it too 🌊💙
One of my most special memories is of my son meeting his now-wife at Bantham Beach, where they worked as surf instructors. She shares a passion for cold water swimming, and that love for the ocean has always been part of our family’s story.
So when it came to choosing a charity to support through my work, I followed my heart 💫
I was introduced to Ellie Ricketts, a warm and compassionate Macmillan nurse, whose work with Chill South Devon’s “Into the Blue” supports cancer patients through the healing power of cold water immersion 🩵❄️
From the moment we connected, I knew I was in the right place. Our shared purpose — helping others feel supported, soothed, and strong — made this collaboration one of the most rewarding experiences I’ve ever had.
💛 This is only the beginning…
Ellie will continue her work supporting recovery through cold water therapy, and I’ll continue offering my CancerCare Harmony Facials — a gentle, nurturing space for those affected by cancer.
Together, we’re creating something meaningful — and we’d love for you to follow our journey.
With love,
