Having spent 15 years in education, including working in behavioural schools, special needs schools and also mainstream primary and secondary schools in a Sendco capacity as well as on Teaching and Learning teams, and as a Mental Health champion, our Director: Matt, was keen to be able to utilise all the skills and understanding developed to ensure people have the opportunity to achieve their best

. With schools bound ever more by targets, and a more rigid curriculum, some people will struggle to make progress in such environments, and will require skilled support, advice, or training once left school to lift the lid on their potential.
