Pilates to help in posture, strength, rehabilitation

I have a background in Contemporary dance and have gone on to train in Clinical Sports & Remedial Massage and Pilates and I am based in Kingsbridge Devon. Massage treatments include full postural assessment, muscle and joints tests which are used to help identify the root of the pain or problem and work towards preventing the same patterns and injuries reoccurring. I use a combination of techniques which include:
Advanced muscle energy techniques
Soft tissue release
Myofascial work
Deep tissue massage
Trigger point release
Rehabilitation exercises

I offer Pilates in both a one to one setting creating specifically tailored classes for each client but also as part of my massage treatments to help in rehabilitation. I am also trained in pre and post natal Pilates and have worked with many mothers to help them recover from pregnancy. I run a Mother and Baby Pilates class and also a Wellbeing and Pilates Course for mothers and babies.
