We generally spend WAY less time and money choosing the right pillow for us to nestle into than we would spend on a swanky pair of shoes for a wedding that will only be worn once or twice. 👠👗

Hmm, something is not quite right here! ❌

There’s nothing better than snuggling under the duvet, warm and cosy—unless you’re dealing with back pain. 😪 🛏️

Back pain can be utterly exhausting, impacting your mood, emotions, and patience. It’s no surprise it leaves you feeling drained and irritable. If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone—we hear this in the clinic every day, and I can relate from my own experience with back pain. 😢

So, what can you do to avoid those long, painful nights and finally get the rest you need? 🤔

Why do I love Pilates so much? 🤩💪

I could sing Pilates’s praises all day because it enables us to move our bodies together in the most optimal way—like a fine-tuned orchestra. 🎶

It’s changed my body in ways I never imagined—I feel taller (yes really!) 🙌, more toned and flexible 🧘‍♀️, and so much more in tune with how I move.

Beyond the physical benefits, Pilates has given me the chance to build a wonderful bond with an amazing community. 💛🤝

I offer specialised Clinical Pilates and Balance-focused classes. Whether you're post-surgery, wanting to maintain mobility or improve stability, these classes are tailored to each individual's needs.

Balance
Tuesdays @ 11:00 - Noon - AVAILABILITY
Strengthen, coordination, stability, and body control with targeted exercises. This class is suitable for those who may struggle to get on/off the floor easily but would like to focus on Pilates in sitting and standing positions.

Clinical Pilates
Thursdays @ 11:30 - 12:30 - WAITLIST
Fridays @ 10:45 - 11:45 - WAITLIST
A therapeutic variation of Pilates tailored for individuals recovering from injury or managing chronic conditions. Clinical Pilates focuses on gentle, rehabilitative movements that restore strength, mobility, and body awareness.
