On April 26th, I’ll be running the London Marathon for my Dad - at least my feet will be ready!!

My Dad’s living with Alzheimer’s and watching someone you love slowly lose pieces of themselves is heartbreaking. The conversations change. The memories fade. The roles reverse.
Alzheimer’s doesn’t just affect the person diagnosed — it affects the whole family.
I’m running 26.2 miles for him. For the memories we still have. And for the hope that one day families won’t have to go through this.
I’m hoping to raise £3,000 for Alzheimer’s Research UK to help fund vital research into treatments and a cure.
Every pound brings us closer to better treatments, earlier diagnosis, and ultimately a cure.
If you’re able to donate — no matter how small — it would mean the world to me and my family. 🙏

Becca, of Becca First Aid Training, visited us this week so we could get our basic life saving up to date. Fun, professional and thorough. Was a bonus that she could hold the course at our clinic. Would highly recommend.
