Devon Breathers run a peer support group at on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month. Their first session is this week from 2.30 to 4.30pm.

They offer peer support, guidance, exercises, speakers and the chance to meet others dealing with similar issues.

Come along of you've been diagnosed with COPD, Bronchitis, Emphysema, Pulmonary Fibrosis, Asthma or any other condition that negatively impacts your breathing.

Just a £3 donation towards venue and refreshment costs.

✨ From first texts to newfound confidence and budding friendships ✨

A brand new Digital Skills Workshop launched yesterday at Tumbly Hill, and the room was full of learning, laughter, and small but powerful wins.

✅ One person sent their first-ever text — to a loved one.
✅ Another told us they already felt more confident downloading apps
✅ Everyone left feeling more connected — to their phone and each other.

These FREE workshops are run over 4 weeks by Learn Devon. They help you build digital confidence at your own pace, in a small friendly group.

A new course begins in September, and places are already filling.

📅 Classes are held on Wednesdays from 2pm - 4pm

📍 Location: Tumbly Hill Health & Wellbeing Hub, Kingsbridge
