A gentle pause midweek to quiet the body and mind, listening to sound as a guide inward, toward stillness.
We began with a soft Sound Meditation, Helen’s Sound Meditation connecting to breath, listening deeply, and resting.
Followed by a beautiful collaboration with Georgina .phillips.77
calming yin yoga and a live sound journey, that carried us even deeper into stillness.
Thank you to everyone who joined to rest and reflect.
We’re taking a break in August, and will be back on Wednesday 10th September.
