Good morning beautiful souls ~ I’m already getting excited about how our session this evening will unfold. I’m only ever given the bare bones for sessions like this. I used to find this excruciatingly uncomfortable, now, I can fully trust the process because I know deep in my blood, that it will be conceived for and by those who are present/will listen later - the flow of consciousness in action.

See you at 7pm GMT and let’s spend our time cleansing our wombs and pelvis, may we all walk a little freer, a little more conscious and with a little more lightness of breath

This idea keeps on coming back to me; I woke again this morning with it swirling through my mind: a low cost clinic for girls & young women, specifically oriented around menstrual health/menstrual pain/menstrual cycle awareness

Have you ever run a low cost clinic? What do I need to consider, what are “reasonable” fees, are they sliding scale or fixed? Any pitfalls that I need to be aware of?

Hey loves, it’s me, back, dipping my toes in SM now we are fully moved (not quite fully operational 🥹) But wanted to share something with you…

After having numerous convo’s with folks and what has transpired is a very real need to offer Womb Wrapping ceremonies specifically for my menopause sisters. In truth, a Womb Wrap can be awesome, sublime, beautiful for any femme transitional points in our life:--

*post-partum
*birth trauma
*birth loss
*end of relationship
*menarche
*hysterectomy
*maiden to mother
*menopause:Crone/Queen

I’m trained in both Closing the Bones and Womb Wrap massage, my preference is the later because it gives me more freedom to feel into what is being called for from each individual woman. It can be both just me and a client, or it can be me, client and cherished women folk of her choice, her tribe. It can be both all for one individual, or it can be a longer container of each wrapping their sister - the GIVING and the RECEIVING (this is such a huge hot hot topic at present & one so many women can struggle with)

Individual private sessions are 90 to 120 minutes - your choice

We’ll take time to drink tea/sip sacred cacao as we cocreate what your body and soul is calling for. Maybe there is a part around

GRIEF/LOSS for who you have perceived you have been, to make room for who you desire to become - a woman in her pure, unadulterated, unapologetic SOVEREIGNTY

Your WOMB never holding a child to fruition, witnessed

A sadness around the lack of WOMB CONNECTION that you’ve experienced and you want to make amends and commune

Your PHYSICAL WOMB is no longer present

We are soul re-claiming, calling back in those aspects of self that have fragmented through time and space, a calling in, a re-unification of strands of consciousness. I hold space while your journey inwards, meeting known & unknown aspects

This feels like a re-turning to the old ways, where we hold sacred space for another - where we can create space for tears to flow, emotions to arise, ready then to move into this last femme transition
